Our work

Digital & Print Resource Hub

We curate a vibrant mix of articles, guides, and blog posts — many co-created with adolescent girls and young women in our community. From menstrual health and mental wellness to economic empowerment and confidence-building, our resources meet girls where they are — culturally relevant, relatable, and accessible both online and offline.

Offline Access & Community Distribution

We recognize the digital divide and actively reach underserved areas with printed materials covering menstrual health, SRHR, and self-development. By partnering with schools, clinics, and local organizations, we ensure every girl — even in the most remote communities — has access to life-changing information. Our commitment is to leave no girl uninformed.

Safe Digital Sanctuary

FSG’s online spaces are curated to be safe, inclusive, and judgment-free. Whether it’s learning through our social content, submitting anonymous questions, or engaging in events, we make sure every girl feels seen, heard, and held.

No Whispers Corner: Anonymous Q&A

We provide a confidential platform where girls can ask their most pressing questions about periods, mental health, relationships, and more — no shame, no stigma. Our answers are reviewed by experts and crafted with care, ensuring girls get trusted, accurate information in a language they understand.

Our Global Footprint

From local school programs in Nigeria to wellness workshops in Canada, FSG is creating ripple effects across continents. Our work supports the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in health, education, and gender equality — building a world where girls everywhere can thrive, no matter their postcode.

Workshops & Events

We design engaging, educational events focused on women’s health awareness — from periods to PCOS, mental wellness to menopause. These workshops create safe, welcoming spaces for women and girls to ask questions, learn from experts, and connect with one another without judgment. Whether it’s in a classroom, community center, or creative setting, we meet women where they are — with care, knowledge, and sisterhood.

Advocacy for Change
We use our voice to influence conversations around menstrual equity, girls’ health, and education. Whether it’s pushing for free period product access in schools or challenging stigma, we advocate for systems that work for girls, not against them.
